Dr. Rohan Policherla, M.D.

Rohan Policherla, MD, known to his patients as Dr. Ro, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in aesthetic surgery. Dr. Policherla completed three surgical fellowships after his residency at Wayne State University including a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the prestigious University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Ro offers a wide range of aesthetic procedures for the face, breast, and body at the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery; including: breast implant procedures, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), blepharoplasty, face and neck lift, and more. He treats each patient individually with the care and attention that they deserve and brings his extensive skills and experience to bear in working to realize their aesthetic dreams.

About Dr. Rohan Policherla

Dr. Ro obtained his undergraduate and medical degree before completing his general surgery residency at Wayne State University in Michigan, where he was named to the Resident Teaching Honor Roll. Dr. Ro was also awarded the Leadership and Advocacy Summit Scholarship by the American College of Surgeons. After his general surgery residency, Dr. Ro completed a Surgical Critical Care fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City before moving to Florida where he completed a Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery fellowship at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the prestigious University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Dr. Policherla’s patients praise him for his personable bedside manner and attention to detail. He entered plastic surgery to make a difference in the lives of his patients using his unique set of skills and training.

When Dr. Policherla is not in the OR, you can find him staying active on the golf course, tennis court, or gym. He lives in South Florida with his wife, who is also a physician, and their two children.
